About Benu

Benu is in an industrial-looking building at 22 Hawthorne St. in San Francisco. The restaurant offers its customers a spacious dining place with a lovely courtyard. The restaurant’s courtyard is adorned with a ryokan-like façade. 

The plating of the restaurant also has a touch of Asian tradition. The dark lighting system inside the restaurant enhances the beauty of the place. A fusion of minimalist Asian and maximalist American aesthetics is observed in the restaurant’s interior.

However, chefs keep adding new additions to their Asian cuisine recipes. Benu has a variety of platters, and each platter serves a 16-course menu. The menu has two main sections: Tasting Menu and Beverage Menu.

Benu Policies

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a visitor wants to cancel his specific booking, he can call or email the restaurant authority regarding the cancellation.
  • Benu offers a total amount refund for the cancellation of their booked table.
  • But here, only table cancellation is possible 72 hours before booking time. Booking changes, reschedules, or refunds are unavailable within this seventy-two-hour period.
  • Child policy:
  • Benu does not allow small children in its dining places due to its long menu and the presence of a tasting menu.
  • This restaurant does not permit young children so as not to negatively affect the experience of customers who come to spend quality time and celebrate special offers.

Late arrivals:

  • The restaurant can hold the table for the customer of its booked table up to 15 minutes after the specified booking time.
