6. Fairy Queen Express: Cheapest luxury train in India

Fairy Queen is a steam locomotive that runs periodically from Delhi to Alwar. It was built in the year 1855. The Guinness Book of World Records announced it as the oldest steam locomotive in the world, built by British manufacturers Kitson and Company during the British era.

IRCTC launched the Buddhist Circuit Tourist Train in October 2019. Buddhist Circuit Train, also known as the Mahaparinirvan Express. The route starts at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station. The train has ten coaches- 5 non-AC sleeper classes and five three-tier AC coaches. Passengers board the Ramayana Express from Ghaziabad, Delhi, Lucknow, Moradabad, and Bareilly.
